An attar is a concentrated perfume oil. Where most perfumes are fragrance dissolved in alcohol, an attar carries its fragrance in oil – a tradition that goes back centuries in India. Because it is oil-based it sits close to the skin, opens softly and wears for longer from just a drop or two.

Yes. Every Ti Aromaa attar is 100% alcohol-free, blended from premium fragrance oils and natural essential oils. With no alcohol to evaporate, the scent stays on your skin instead of flashing off in the first few minutes, and it is gentler on skin that alcohol-based sprays tend to dry out.

It depends on the blend, your skin and the weather. Deeper woody, musky and oud blends generally last longer than fresh, citrus and floral ones, and warm skin carries a scent further. Because an attar is oil-based it holds on longer than an alcohol spray of the same notes. For the most staying power, apply it to clean, moisturised skin.

A little goes a long way – one or two dabs is enough. Touch the applicator to your pulse points: the wrists, behind the ears and the base of the neck. Let it settle rather than rubbing it in, which breaks up the top notes. If you like to scent clothing, test on a hidden spot first, as oil can mark delicate fabrics.

Keep the bottle tightly closed and upright, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat – a drawer or cupboard is ideal; a car dashboard or a sunny windowsill is not. Stored this way, an attar keeps its character for a long time.

Our attars are blended from premium fragrance oils and natural essential oils, with no alcohol. Every blend is quality-tested for purity and consistency before it is bottled, and the notes of each attar are listed on its product page. If you have a known allergy, check those notes and do a small patch test before first use.

Yes. Ti Aromaa fragrances are vegan and cruelty-free – no animal-derived ingredients and no testing on animals – and they are proudly made in India.

Shipping is free on every order, wherever we deliver in India. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days in metro cities and 4–7 working days across the rest of India. Remote pin codes and busy festive periods can take a little longer.

We email you when your order is dispatched and again when it is delivered. You can also follow its status at any time under My Account › Orders. If you checked out as a guest, updates go to the email address you used at checkout.

Yes, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address – by email at info@tiaromaa.com or on WhatsApp – and we will update it. Once an order is dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.

A Ti Aromaa car freshener lasts around 45–60 days. Exactly how long depends on the heat inside your car and how much the AC or fan is running – heat and strong airflow use the fragrance up faster.

Take it out of its packaging and hang it by its cord from the rear-view mirror or a headrest post, somewhere it can hang freely without resting against the dashboard, the glass or the upholstery. Make sure it never blocks your view of the road.

Not at the moment. Each car freshener is a complete, sealed unit, so when the fragrance fades you simply hang a fresh one. To keep a replacement ready, build a pack of 2, 3 or 4 in Make Your Bundle.

Yes, as long as it hangs freely. The freshener scents the air – it is not meant to touch surfaces – so the one thing to avoid is letting it rest or swing against the dashboard, leather, plastic trim or glass, as concentrated fragrance oil can mark some finishes. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

They are made from premium essential-oil blends and are alcohol-free, so the fragrance is rich and natural rather than sharp and synthetic. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and RuPay) and UPI through our secure Razorpay checkout, which also offers net banking and popular wallets where available. You can also choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives. All prices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). Your card details are handled by the payment gateway – we never see or store them.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available – choose it at checkout and pay in cash when your order is delivered. You can also pay online through our secure Razorpay checkout.

Yes. Enter your code in the coupon box in your cart or at checkout, and the discount is applied before you pay. You will find our current codes on the Offers page. Some coupons carry conditions, such as a minimum order value or an expiry date, which are shown with the code.

Please don't pay again straight away. If money left your account but no order was confirmed, your bank reverses the payment automatically, usually within 3–5 working days. If it hasn't come back by then, write to info@tiaromaa.com with the payment reference and date, and we will trace it for you.

We offer exchanges rather than refunds: if there is a problem with your order, we arrange an exchange of the same value. For hygiene reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or faulty. The full policy is in our Terms & Conditions.

Yes. If anything arrives damaged, leaking or faulty, contact us as soon as possible at info@tiaromaa.com or on WhatsApp with your order number and a few photos of the product and its packaging, and we will arrange an exchange. Please keep the item and its packaging until the exchange is complete.

Yes, at any time before it is dispatched – write to us with your order number. In line with our exchange policy, the value of a cancelled order is given as an exchange of the same value rather than a refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Only if they arrived damaged or faulty. Because fragrances are personal-care products, we cannot take back opened or used items for a change of mind.
